We will email or fax back a proforma invoice which will detail
your order, the total and payment details.

Please note we do not offer refunds so please ensure you check
the proforma invoice that you have ordered the correct items.
Credit may only be given in special circumstance and only for
items that have not been ordered in or built specifically for
your requirements. Any credit for returned items is at the
discretion of management and is subject to a restocking and
retesting charge of between 20% and 50% depending on the item.
No refund will be given if the items returned are not in new
undamaged condition. No products should be returned without
first requesting a returns authorisation. Any credit given
will be shown on your next order.

Pay by direct bank transfer. Our bank details are on the
proforma invoice. Email or fax back the confirmation receipt
from the transfer.

Pay by credit card. Indicate you would like to pay by credit
card, supply a phone number to us and we will call you for
your card details. Otherwise fill in the credit card info on
the proforma invoice and fax back to us. *Please note,
there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments.

call us, or we will call you to obtain credit card details.

Upon receipt of cleared funds, usually within 24 hours, your
order will be dispatched by Express Post or TNT Express
depending on the shipping method chosen

Do you ship outside Australia and New Zealand?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world. We use TNT
Global Express for all International orders.
Please note however, that despite shipping to other countries,
some companies we represent have their own distributors in
other countries. As a result we are obliged to pass on your
request to the appropriate distributor in the destination
country, if one exists.
How long does it take to process an order?
Email us what you want. Using the part numbers given on this
web site, let us know what you would like to purchase.

Querying our stock levels?
Stock of any particular part can be queried by send us an
email or filling out the contact form. We hold reasonable
volumes of stock of most items that are commonly sold in
Australia and New Zealand. Some of the less commonly used and
sold equipment is usually on 7 to 10 working days away.
However lead times can vary significantly, so please ask for
detail lead times.
